Tour of Britain – stage 1
What a start for me and my team LOTTO SOUDAL at The Tour Of Britain. We were 100% focused throughout the race and thanks to a strong team effort and a perfect lead out from Jasper De Buyst I found myself in a very good position, about 200m to go. I had good legs and was able to finish off the sprint. Thanks to my team and all the fans who kept their fingers crossed for, us at home or at the course. Tomorrow then in the unfamiliar, but nice Green Jersey.
